I have so much to catch up on!! Last May we had the wonderful opportunity to 'race for the cure' in honor of my cute mom and the struggles she has experienced with breast cancer. It was such a neat experience! At the very end of the race there was a 'survivor lane' where only people who had survived this horrible disease ran. It was so neat to see her run, knowing full well it is a miracle she was here to do so. I saw one shirt on a girl that said ''I'm running so other people won't have to lose their moms.'' I got very emotional wondering why I was so blessed to still have my mom here when many other people are not so lucky. Justin's mom was also taken by cancer three and a half years ago. Everyone has been affected by cancer and I am just so grateful that my mom is the strong woman that she is and beat it!!!! I' so thankful she is still here and I love her very much!!!
