I can't believe it's my New Year's party (or 'program' as my dad calls all my parties) again already! We had some super yummy snacks and started off with a little song by neener and wheezer.

We started off right by playing the money game first. Mom and Dad upt the stakes by bringing $5 and $10 bills instead of $1. It was an intense game!

Justin won the $65 pot!!! I was so proud of him! YAY! Sorry guys! Cory of course thinks I rigged the game as usual- which would be impossible!! Sorry Jo Jo!

Cory's sad face because he lost the game. I really am sorry!

This year we played "Minute to Win it!" It was fun! First game- Don't blow the joker. Blow all cards but one off of the top of a glass bottle.

Our next task was to pick up 4 keys with a paper clip attached to a string hanging from a BBQ skewer from your mouth.

The boys tried and tried and got 2 or 3 but no one could get all 4.

And then Ina got up and wham bam thank you ma'am- she got all four with lots of time to spare! It was the funniest thing ever. You go girl!

Next up- using air from a balloon you can continually blow up, blow 15 cups off a table. "Failure to do so in 60 seconds may result in ELIMINATION"

Watching Ina try to blow up her balloon was a hoot. She couldn't get it blown up!

Then we had to try and keep 3 balloons up in the air for 60 seconds. That's harder than it looks! No one accomplished that task.

The we were supposed to suck M&M's on the end of a straw and transfer them to a different plate. Ryder wanted to play too... he just picked them up and ate them :)

Watching people try to get pennies out of the feet of 'unoccupied' panty hose (as the instructional vidoe described it) was sure funny!

Each hand had to work independently.

Aunt Patricia went home with the prize! A Visa gift card!

Then we all wrote notes to Owen on our dry erase boards and took pictures to mail to him. He was VERY missed at this party. His competitive spirit always makes it so much fun.
