Suite 16

Due to the awful sickness at my house I'm laying on the couch as I type), I took my mom's place in the suite with Dad's banker. The banker did however think I was my Dad's wife...!?! It was a fabulous night and a great win for the boys! Thanks pops!!

Merry Christmas!!!

 Christmas day is always a blast, it is truly the highlight of my year!!  This year was no different!

 I love all the cute things Justin writes on my packages.

 LOVE this cute jacket he got me! 

 I was so excited to give him this Uncle Si shirt!!  If you haven't watched Duck Dynasty you should!!

 I nearly  had a heart attack when I opened my last gift....Tiffanys!!!!

 I am so in love with my necklace.  I have the sweetest husband in the world.

 Then it was present time with the fam.

 It was apple mania all up in herrrr!

 I was so surprised at my gift from my folks!! It was a Disney sewing/embroidery machine.  I'm so excited!  Now I just have to learn how to sew!! Lessons start next month :)

 I was so touched by my gift from my brother.  He gave me some perfume AND a Pandora necklace with a note.  It was truly the nicest thing he has ever said to me.  I sobbed as I read it and pretty much didn't stop the rest of the day!

 My mom's gifts all had pictures instead of name-tags.  So cute and so fun for the kiddos!

 Then it was downstairs to open the kid's gifts!

 We were so excited to give all the kids cowboy boots!

 Avery's awesome gift to Kannon.  He is obsessed with knives.  This is by far the biggest knife he owns.. like by 10 times!!  Lets say his parents keep hold of it for him.

 The ENTIRE family :) First time in 2 years.  It was such a fabulous day. 

 We had our annual big feast!  Thanks for the yummy food mom!!

 Then we had some messages on Christ to keep the real meaning in our home.  So neat :)

I was so overwhelmed by the spirit this day.  I felt so truly blessed and knew it was all because of a loving Heavenly Father.  I love my family so much and I'm so thankful for each and every one of them and the amazing life I lead.  We are not perfect and neither is my life but I have SOOO much to be thankful for!!

Twas the Night Before Christmas...

 Christmas Eve is always such a wonderful night!  We have our annual Hill party with lots of fun family time.  Of course one of the hightlights is having gug gug home!!

 This is my cousin Torrey's baby Gidiniah Canyon Bruenderman.  He is SERIOUSLY the cutest baby! 

 The clan all having "family home evening" which is a message we have every year pertaining to Christ.  It is great to help us remember what we are actually celebrating!  It's awesome how many people you can cram into one room at Christmas-time!  Makes me thankful for all my family!!

 Then it is the giftcard game where all heck breaks loose!

 Is this not the saddest thing you have ever seen?!?  Poor little Derskie got RSV right before Christmas.  It was so sad and scary when such a little man can't breathe!  He was put on a steriod to help and thank heavens he was back to his fun little self in no time.  Sure don't know what we would do if anything happened to my doodle.  Love him so much!

 Grandma and grandpa opening our Christmas gift to them. (she of course was crying)  My mom's great idea and my hard work (and MANY MANY hours) turned into one of the neatest gifts ever; a book all about our family.  It was full of pictures and a memory from ever member.  It is sad when the founders of a family start to age and deteriorate.  We wanted them to have something to help them remember each and every one of their posterity.  After all, we wouldn't be here without them!  It turned out better than I could have hoped and they loved it!

 My WHOLE famiy!!!  we haven't all been together for 2 years so I was extra thankful to have everybody together!  It is no secret to anyone how much I love these peeps.  They are my whole world and I feel blessed each and everyday to have them.

 Without a house this year we were a little crammed but here is our cute little tree with our gifts!  Right before we opened our Christmas Eve Jammies..
